Was led to believe, falsly, that I was receiving a sample of their eye product for a nominal fee for shipping and handling being $1.99. Checked on line banking and was charged $78.41 instead. Reached them on phone x 3 without any results -Yes, I could return the "sample" but absolutely no refund. Cancelled a membership to their "club" that I didn't know anything about. Was also told the small amount of this product was to last for one month, according to directions on bottle, etc. It wouldn't last a week. I tried to email them a letter of concern - could not send it. Flashed on screen, no such email address exists. What can be done?
