Their billing is outrageous. But we have no other options where we live. Our bill use to go down some in the summer but not anymore. They up the rates in the summer to help themselves, not us. Cannot believe this is legal and allowed. Especially the way the economy is you would think they would try and help the families. I hope someone can inquire about this and help us out. There are houses in Osceola that pay under $100.00 a month, summer or winter. Our bill never gets below $200 anymore... Please help
