It is the underhand way they work. The so-called free trial cost over £5 in postage costs, another £3 to send the drugs (unopened and unused) back by recorded delivery. Plus a telephone call to a premium line (the only way to cancel the deal) where the guy on the line kept us waiting for ages, mumbled a lot, asked my name three times, suggested we could pay half-price, before giving us an address in Sheffield to return the things. Although he said that we had another 7days before we had to pay £75, they took two sums i.E. £75 and £37.50 out of my account two days later. Luckily I got this back via my credit card administrator. Moral - don't give your credit card details to people you don't know. Has anybody reported them to the Office of Fair Trading?
