I also ordered the "free trial" and was charged the shipping as agreed. Since then, I have received 2 auto-shipments at $74.90 EACH. I think the product is great but it's too expensive, especially when auto shipped every month. I have called two numbers associated with this company (888-589-3380 and 480-257-1990) and get the recording that the phone company is having difficulties. My only option to stop the auto-ships was to call my credit card company and close my card and have it replaced with a new one.By the way, the second charge from DermaPure shows up with a different name (organicderm or something similar). Very shady. Product is good but the business practice ruins it.
