IThere is a $ 413 missing or should I say stolen from my account, and all of a sudden tThat same day when I found out that my money is gone, zero balance on my account I try to call customer service to put that unauthorized transaction to hold so they or me can figure out or for them if that transaction is legal or legit or not, i believe im the owner of the account I deserve to be informed before they make any decision, at investigate my accounts recent activities, compare, unusual and strange transaction are not welcome period, it was disrepectful and very unprofesional of you to decide for my money, now who is suffering? But im not giving up just like that $413 is not joke, i have documents to support my complaints all I need is litte bit of help, 87 yrs old, not getting any younger. My name is Hipolita P.
