Two of the three phones on my mobile plan with Sprint have had no service since May 2nd. I have contacted customer support over 20 times and spent approximately 24 hours on the phone. Sprint refuses to provide access to an operational manager to resolve the issue, has promised to replace phones, credit the bill, etc. And has not done any of that. They have promised call backs from an operational manager. No one has called. I am still being charged for services I cannot use.
