On April 17th @ 11:58am, I Demisha Dyles drove to the Byrd Phone Store that is located at 3231 N. Decatur/Cheyenne in the Red Feather Plaza to switch my service to them. I recently seen their ad on craigslist so I decided to try them out. So I walked in and asked for Ryan Means whom I talked to over the phone, I asked him about the service and he said to just come in and bring my cell in, I told him it was Sprint and he say that’s fine it will take a week to process but if u bring it to me on a Tuesday I will get it back to on Friday I said ok. So I approach Ryan Means and he takes my cell and picks up his phone to call someone to make sure that the ESN # on my cell is not bad, he then says its good and he starts signing the paper and telling me about the Unlimited plans they have for Sprint which is thru Zapp Unlimited and I say to him well on craigslist it doesn’t show these prices and he just looks and says nothing. So then he says the best plan for the 3G is the $49.99 Unlimited Everything and so I told him well that’s false advertisement to post one thing on line and show something totally different in the store, but I still went on with it because $50 was not bad for unlimited everything. So Ryan then starts ringing me up so I pay $50 for cell phone service and $30 for activation fee all together I paid $80.27, I then receive the reciept from Ryan and then he tells me he will give me a call on Friday April 20th to come pick up my cell when ready. So Friday arrives and I call Ryan to see when my cell will be ready and he say oh its not ready because Sprint hasn’t released the ESN # yet so he will call me back when they contact Sprint. So I asked him what do I do for a phone until yall figure this out he say we will let u borrow one of our cells to use until further notice so I go up there to pick up the their cell phone. So on Monday April 23rd I called Ryan and he says still not ready yet. So then on Tuesday 24th Ryan calls me to come pick up my cell and bring back their cell phone. I then go pick up my cell phone. On May 7th I wake up to use my cell and I try to get on Facebook and it says no internet, so I call 611 and a man answered from Zapp so I told him my problem he say hold on then he returns to the phone saying that I used up all my internet data and I said I couldn’t have because I have unlimited he says no you have 1gb not unlimited. So I hang up and call Ryan and I tell him my internet is off and he say did I call 611 and I say yea and he says oh my bad I thought I told you that it was only 1gb internet. I said know you didn’t you barely told me anything about this plan but that it was unlimited and now there saying my internet is off until my next pay period. So then Ryan says well if you want to use the internet you can purchase more, I say know im not I paid yall $50 for unlimited everything and I want it, then Ryan says oh well im sorry I cant do nothing about it. This really makes me mad because I got the phone the 23rd and now it’s the 7th I havent even had the service for a full month yet this is not right I really think they need to fix the problem or be shut down. People don’t have money to waste on some fraud cell phone company.
