I was told the first time I had I felt like I was being scammed request for a investigation for my $99 to put stop payment on my count for that amount and it was a mistake made on my computer. So, I was told to wait 5 days to see if the other party would take the money and they did. Direct Express was no help to me because they said I made transaction and nothing that they can do.
There were other investigation I request and I was told that I was going to be charged for the time that direct express investagating for me. I never gotton back any of my money I invested by them.
May deposit summery will not come next month. I cannot get a hold to anyone on the telephone to explain why my last amount of my my balance and recording tells me my account is $1 now. I check 2 days ago and I have not used my card since May 4th.
