Gateway healthplan rejected my medication that i have been taking for ten years it is asthma medication that controls my asthma i didnt know about the new 6 prscriptions a month plan that started my letter came late and when i went to get my singuler pills the pharmacy said that my asthma meds were rejected so they called gateway to tealk and gateway didnt seem to care and i was always unlimited on my asthma meds. The doctor faxed the gateway a letter to tell them but still they are ignoring it and the side affect for missing the dose to singuler is haeart attack. Gateway healthplan has done outher things to me in the past they have let a lady do fraud to my benefits they allowed her to place her name on my account as head of household as she was stealing my benefits untill the police had her removed from my account and fixed my name gateway has caused me to be open to torture and abuse and neglect and ignored by the system because they have not respected my benefits by the book only punnishing me by honer because of someone trying to steal my medical benefits.
