I have a winch that is attached to the front of one of my work tow trucks which is used to help other people who are out and about in their vehicles and end up getting stuck, well while using it, it broke. I needed to get it fixed so I took it to a local business in town, Road Runner Electrical in Colville, Wa. They fixed the winch (so they said) and charged me $260.00, which is alot cheaper than buying a new winch. Went to use the newly repaired winch for the first time and it didn't even function.
So, I took it back to Road Runner Electrical to see what was going on and they took the winch all apart and then said that the winch was junk!!! Junk then why didn't they say that before they charged me $260.00 and tell me that it was fixed. They returned my winch back to me in pieces and come to find out the parts that they said they replaced were all old parts, they never even replaced any of the parts the first time and did not refund me any money instead they yelled at me and said that i broke it after they fixed it which is not true i went to use it for the first time and it never even worked, What a bunch of thief's.
