I took my watch and diamond pendant to get a price. He stated he will get it appraised and see how much I can sell it for. After 4 other visits he still did not have my stuff since it was still getting appraised. I told him I have my own appraised value certificate and when I took it in he said it woudl not work for him. On 4/27 last day I visited he showed me rolex watches so we can do a trade. I told him I will not pay one penny more, but he insisted I would owe him $1400 additional to what I gave him.
I had diamond pantheir cartier watch with 1.5 marquee diamond pendent. I told him I needed these since Iw as going on vacation, he said to send my MOm on MOnday 4/30. My mom goes there twice because he said he sold it and I owed him $1400. I never authorizsed him to sell my stuff, I never receveid anything from him. I filed BBB, and on Yelp. And if you review Yelp he has a lot of complaints against him. He needs to be investigated he is a crook and ripping people off.
5/6 when we returned from our vacation my Mom informed us of this news so we called him immmediately and he said come to the office and he will do something else for us. I told him I will have the police over in an hour. Which we all showed up with the sherrif. Since this is Civil Sherrif Olukoju #5321 stated he could not give us police report but they can suphenoa him and all conversation was recoreded.
He went to the store and Sattchi said to the sherrif that he will have my stuff in 3 weeks. I don't trust him and I want my stuff back. I have health issues and he is causing more anxiety and panick attachs for me which I have to go to the doctors this week for this matter. He caused migraine, anxiety and total stress in my life.
He needs to be stopped. I also have proof on my texts that he had my stuff and for my mom to come by and pick it up. All proof shows he is a crook and he lied to me.
