With reference to my previous complaint... Yesterday [07/05/12] I followed up with the American Airlines regarding the booking confirmation numbers given to me by Skysearcheronline. American Airlines replied to my email this morning only to inform me that they are unable to locate my reservation with the information I have provided. They told me that the ticket numbers given to me by Skysearcheronline does not match my name nor my itinerary. After numerous emails again yesterday to Skysearcheronline to correct their mistakes, re-issue me with new etickets or to refund my money, they chose not to respond at all. So this seems to be a losing battle unless somebody can help us.
