I received a text message on April 10th telling me I subscribed to a service I never even heard about before. After calling "customer service" about the mistake, they tell me that I had confirmed for the service earlier that evening. This is impossible considering that I was WORKING THE WHOLE DAY FROM 12 PM TO 2 AM. My phone was off since there is a no cell-phone policy at my job. So how is it possible that I confirmed the service through my cellphone when I didn't even have it on? I asked for a refund and they said they would send it to me through the mail. 5-10 days? It's been a whole month. I have yet to see anything. I canceled the scaming service. Today I went to look at my cell phone bill and found out that I was charged AGAIN. I'm seriously considering legal action since this company is robbing me blind.
