A person called our store on April 11th asking to "verify and update" our company information, etc. Gave our employee an old address. Employee gave updated information over the phone. On May 7th I get a call from their billing department, telling me the bill is now due for a year's service listing on their website and wanted me to verify the information they had on file was correct. When I told the lady that we had not requested this service (we already have an online listing which we pay for) she said if I did not pay, we would be sent to collections.
