I received a call from a sales person who indicated that they could offer me a much better price than my current insurance provider.
They actually called my bank and told them to change my insurance provider name. But my insurance provider indicated that Nationwide cannot change my insurance provider I have to call my provider and change it. Still Nationwide put the policy through and then cancelled for the very reason I told them they may not be able to provide insurance, we weren't currently living at the address they wanted to insure
Recently I received a collection letter for non payment of a policy the was never enforced. Now Nationwide wants to collect for something they never could or did provide.
