Unauthorized bank draft for $29.95. Called the number on the draft and the person who answered stated they were a "call center" and had very little info on who they represented, but a full refund would be issued. When pressed for more information the person stated the charge was for a "subscription" made over the internet by someone using a quackmail email. Person stated a full refund would be issued, A refund/credit when to my bank 5 days later, but the refund bounced and we were charge a $7 returned deposit fee. We closed the bank account to avoid future fraudelent charges. Absolute hassle.
