I purchased carpet on 5-7-12 and negotiated the price for next day installation however I called the following day to remind them of the MOB100 code for discount when I originally called on 5-6-12. I spoke with Chase and he states they can not honor their on line discount and I asked to speak to another Manager and he said Denise the Customer Service Mgr would call. It's been 2 days and no calls. I can not recommend Empire to any friends.
