My dad rented a van because he moving house on the 5th of april for £83.99 but at the same day a payment of £333.99 was taken from my dad's account after ringing A1 we found out that it was the deposit that we weren't even aware of because online it didn't specified that... Today is the 3rd of May and still no sign of the deposit after countless phone calls and emails. Every day they say or that the manager is not available, or that they can't contact the accounts department and are going to ring back (that never happens) so today after threatening them with legal action i was told that the payment was made yesterday and it will clear by tomorrow... Lets see if it really happens otherwise this crooks are going to hear from my solicitor!!!
