These guys really can't deliver. I bought a bedroom set in February of that was supposedto be delivered on March 18th, and then April 15th, and now May 31st. When I called customer service to ask them what the hold up was, I was told that the furniture wasn't even made yet and then it had to ship from China! My complaints fell on deaf ears as they told me that there was nothing that they could do, and offered me no compensation what-so-ever. I guess that "RC" stands for "Really Crappy." We need to picket these liars, who sell nothing more than empty promises.
