I bought a tommee tipper steriliser from mother care in leeds (crown point), it was recomended to me as a good product and make to bye from a friend, i stord the steroliser for a while as it was one of the first things i bought for my baby near the time of the arivel of my son i got the steriliser out and got it ready and a place for it on my kittchen side and had got rid of the box, after a long and hard experiance the baby arrived, when we got home we felt we had every thing preperd when we disscoverd the lid to are steriliser did not sit proply there for the bottles would not be sterolised correctly this was a big issue especialy when we was tierd and i had a c section and was in no fit srtate to be shopping for a new one, are baby was due a faeed with in the hour it was a mad rush around and my husband rushed out to get a new one, when we tuck it back to mother care they said they could not refund it with out the box, there for we are out of pocket and have a steroliser worth £120 sat on my table so please resolve are problem thank you mr mrs bailey
