I went to the western sizzlin in mcalester, ok. I bought a buffet, the food was horrible, it was old, they kept adding water to everything, and there was no selection. I asked for a refund, they said they will only give me a gift card, i asked for the corp number and the manager says "we are not part of western sizzlin, they don't have any say in what we do and I promise you they won't do anything, so don't threaten me." then I said "you're using their logo, you can ruin the name." she replies with do you want the gift card or nothing. I then posted a review, then I noticed they were already flooded with horrible reviews. Why would western sizzlin let them demolish the franchise name? Why doesn't western sizzlin take phone calls for complaints? A company won't survive in a recession with business like that. Someone help?
