I answered an ad from biogenetics that advertized Actoden, a product that had a money back guarrantee to replace worn cartlage in the knees, it did not work and when I rang the number that I was given to claim my money back, it could not be contacted, worse than that they continued to take money from my account, I had to cancel my credit card to stop them
