$14.95 was taken out of my bank acct via paper check. This was not authorized and I'd never heard of this company. I got the phone number from my bank and have called Funded Payday at least 15 times, each time being reassured my refund was coming. It has been "in process" since April 10th and I keep getting told it will be refunded in a day or two, there is a "glitch" in the system and all refunds need to be reprocessed, etc. My bank said since it is a paper check they can try to fight it but there is a 15 day window of start proceedings and that has passed. Out of ideas on how to get my money back.
