I used this company three times for round trips to LAX from my home. Each time I paid for a Town Car. Twice, instead of a Town Car, they arrived in rickety old van. You know, you've been flying for sixteen hours, you want a nice comfortable, quiet ride home. Not so. Not so much as an apology, and no effort to correct the amount charged. They just keep the money. These guys suck.
