Cheyenne Network Telecommunications drafted my bank account for 29.35 and my charged me 35.00 because I did not have enough to cover the charge. I have no idea who this company is, when I called phone number on my statement I was told they answer calls for several companies, and since I did not authorize the charge I would receive a full refund. I have the name of rep that I spoke to as well as a confirmation number for the refund. I was irate! I informed them that as soon as our call was over I was filing a fraud complaint with my bank. Which is what I did. My bank is investigating this company. My next step is to contact an attorney. I suggest that anyone else that has been scammed by this company do the same
