While looking thru ads for cars, came upon an e-mail from Lt. Swafford on the cars. Apmart.com. I answered the e-mail was contacted promptly, LT. Swafford gave the details I needed to send the money to AutoTraders. I was contacted by an AutoTraders representative who in turn gave me instructions on sending monies thru Western Union, I was always contacted right away. After sending money things got unprofessional. I was later informed of a $950.00 insurance fee, and that I was holding up the other cars from being shipped, I was made to feel guilty, when this did not work, I proceeded to ask for my money. At this time Lt. Swafford informed me that, she, herself will pay the insurance fee, but her check would not be avaiable until the 25th, but, no later than the 26th the vehical will be on it's way to me. I then inquired if my money would be returned to me until set date. Noone replyed I then e-mail the Lt., for it seemed as if they were communicating with her. Lt. Swafford informed me that the transaction is still good and that the company will wait for payment, with no penalties from the contract. So, I remain waiting. Every day I try to make contact with both parties. Lt. Swafford said that she had been out on a training program, and this is the reason she did not contact me. But everything is well and will be informed as soon as she receives she check, my car will be on the way. I have e-mailed both parties several times over and over again with no response. Please look into this. I am not wealthy, I have no where esle to turn. Thank You for your time. Terry Taylo
