I was in the process of having my home built and this company promised to finance the home in which they gave me a settlement date and no results! I am in the process of loosing my home and deposit because of Kenneth Enrico promising to finance my home and took my monies! He is definitely a scam as from what I see! The dates are always being changed and moved from month to month. Something isn't right with this guy especially after closing the office and taking his website down.
