I attended the Insiders Financial FREE Seminar on real estate investing. They are hawking educational products and providing services (such as incorporating) that you can do yourself for far less money. Of course the presenters are very well spoken and throw out what I call teasers to get you to buy into the next phase and yet the next phase, etc, etc as the prices dramatically increase. I went from $1997.00 for a 3 day seminar (odd amount you say?) to $25,000.00. My real estate consulting team that was supposed to come out in 2 to 3 weeks from April 1 still haven't called to set up a meeting. This whole thing is a scam! I'm notifying the Attorney Generals Office in New Jersey and Utah, where Insiders Financial is based.
