I attended a free seminar today in Webster, TX. Seminar teachers are very persuasive and because I didn't have money for the 3 - day seminar coming up, they promised to provide information on how to manage my money in order to get into a better financial position to invest in real estate (for a fee of 197.00) This fee is also supposed to guarantee future discounts on advanced seminars. However, I have thought better of what they offer and am asking for my money back.
