Prayer by letters "a sign from the lord about your future"

This is a mailing to "Resident" from St. Matthew's Churches, including three pages and a return envelope. A letter asks that readers "P.S. Read your faith, Holy ghost instructions on the enclosed, sealed prophecy, only after you have mailed this Prayer Rug back to the church."

Reader is instructed to "look into Jesus' Eyes" on a paper 'prayer rug' until they open and close and do other things, then, "check your needs on our letter" and return in envelope with name and address. Prayer requests include "new car, " money blessing", "a home, " etc. There is a faux testimonial.
