I purchased a vehicle online from them at www.arizonaautogroup.com. Car arrived, would not start, truck driver had to have us jump start the car to get it off the truck. Once we did get it jump started the car was blowing black smoke, backfiring, and would not stay running. We had to push the car off of the truck. I have full videos of the car's running condition coming off the truck, had two local mechanics come out and listen to the car, says the engine is either blown or major damage to the engine as well as the turbo system in the car. The dealer told me there is nothing they can do, blamed damage to the vehicle on either me or the truck delivery guy. This car has had less than 2 miles driven since I got it, it's at the same location it was delivered to, I have signed statements from people at the shop that will testify to car arriving in said above condition as well as the delivery truck driver. I have videos if needed to back condition of vehicle. The estimate to repair this vehicle to running condition is WELL over the $1,000 point. Dealer told me tough luck, they are not doing anything and blaming on the truck delivery service. The owner and manager both told me to bad, not doing anything for you, the car hasn't had more then 2 miles put on it, won't start, engine is blown.
