I have just checked my online statement and realised that since 21/2 ASK ZIINGA.com have been helping themselves to my bank account. I have no idea who they are and have no idea how they have my account details, please if anyone has had success having their money refunded please let me know and how you did it, very few people at the moment are in the final situation to loose this kind of money including me, so would be grateful for any advice.
