I saw an advert for Ziinga and went to the site. I bid on a television and won but it has never arrived. Then, when I checked my Bank account Ziinga had taken two lots of £59.99 without my consent. I complained to the bank and retrieved the money; but now Ziinga are disputing this and trying to get the £119.98 back. I shall fight to the bitter end to stop this, and to warn everyone I know about this scam.
