I called them to cancelled the oder they stated that I would have to shipped the product back because it had already been shipped. I sent it back on March 31 they recieved it on April 3 and I have not been reimbursed to my credit card. I called them today when I recieved my credit card bill and only got answering machine after waiting 10 minutes on the phone. Nice company at least Sensa gives you your money back after they recieve their product.
