I was told it was part of a research trail and I paid for P&P for their 'sample' nothing online told meI would be charged £79 which I was! I couldn't believe it, I have a disability and live on a low income. I phoned my bank and these bastards will never get another penny off me. I also intend to get intouch wth trading standards and the BBC its about time they were shown in their true colours.
