The product was advertized at $9.95 and a choice for additional $2.00 rush shipping - hah! It took a week to get the product, I was in the hospital for emergency surgery. I didn't get out of the hospital for 3 weeks so it was impossible to return the product within the 14 days - I told them that and they didn't care one bit about it!!! Heartless corporation, thieves! As soon as I saw the the charge for $69.85 I called the company number that showed next to the charge on my account and they said that by checking the box on the ad (the one they lead you to believe gives them the authorization to charge the $9.95 and $2.00 expedited shipping - that it also allows them to deduct an additional $146. And odd cents and enrolls you in an automatic shipping program) They have access to your money, account, and they deny any kind of leaniency for unavoidable circumstances!!! What a rip-off especially when their product is no better than buying a colon cleanser at your local GNC or health food store for 1/10th the price! Don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money-call the Attorney General, FDA, 20/20, and the Tribune or Times or any newspaper that will do a human interest story for you getting ripped off by these thieves!
