I ordered this product in Jan. Was charged 3 x and hadn't received the product yet as of March. Called to inquire and got no satisfaction whatsoever. The customer service agent couldn't help me at all. I sent an e-mail to their support and finally found out that they had the wrong province on the package. The support group corrected the province and said to call them to see if I qualify for reshippment.
After a week or so I finally received 2 shipments of the product, but the original which included the microdermabrasion Tool was never received. I called to let them know that I received 2 shipments but not the first one they told me sorry I cannot help you, because it's 2 months past and I should have called before to let them know.
They didn't even have on record that I was inquiring about the shipment 2 months ago and wouldn't even try to help me. Very poor customer service. The company is a total ripoff, they refused to refund or reship what I didn't receive. All she said was you should have called before and wouldn't even take into consideration what I was telling her.
All I wanted was the Microdermabrasion Tool so I could give the product a chance and they didn't even care that I wanted to try it. All they cared about was they had the money from me and nothing else.
I am so disappointed in this company. It makes me very reluctant to even trust any other website ordering from anyone else.
