In short words they're crooks with bad service. Their it department is not knowledgeable and take about 3 weeks to get back to you, just to advise you that a higher level will contact me because they cannot resolve my issue, this happened 3 times all while not having service and still getting billed. The customer service department sounds lost and they have "no supervisors". When you get tired of their bad service and decide to go to a more reputable company they add their own terms and conditions that you never agreed too. Would never recommend this company.
