Big scam - took money easlly, not so much the refund!

Supposedly I sent for a report on how to win at the lottery. They sent me a report, 6 weeks later, that a mathematician would have problems with! I sent the report back immediately asking for a refund. There is no way I can get in touch with the company! And I have yet to receive my refund! Big scam!!
