Bought gifts at Christmas at FYE told the membership would be a one time fee of 11.99 so I agreed Then this month I noticed that I was having 11.99 taken out every month. I called the number on back of the card. The lady I got would not let me cancel said the cost would go down to 9.99 because "Im a valued customer" also said I would get discounts at local shops such as Walmart and Target. Tried using the card at both stores and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Not only that but my card was just billed 11.99 again. They didnt even do the discount. Im pissed I want a refund and I WANT MY CARD CANCELLED!
