I've received letter with "check" for $3780.00 instructing me to cash the check and send $1990.00 for taxes on "prize" of 1750000.00 share of 3.2 M grand prize for shopping at wal mart, sears, walgreens, kmart, etc. Payable to tax agent with western union. Beware!!!
