Too many names screwed up my order than refuse to give refund Internet

Let me tell you my story and you can make your own judgment on this company:
I'm normally very skeptical about online shopping but I found this perfect Romantic White Flower Girl Dress with Long Sleeves and the Two Layers Skirt. It was unique, pretty, and fit my daughter's personality ; perfect for her 3rd birthday! So, I ordered the skin pink size 4 (little big but she could use it for Halloween later). For 67 shipping was 99- 20 dollars cheaper than any other site. Wow! What a bargain. As soon as my order was sent, a rep called me. Reasked me the size, how tall my daughter was (38"), and the color. Several times she repeated it was being hand made and delivered from hong kong so it would take 21 days before I would receive it. As long as it was before May 1st I was cool with it.
A week later I received the dress. At first was amazed! Wow, the finished it that fast, can't wait to see it! I pulled it out and to my amazement the dress looked nothing like what the picture looked like. The color wasn't a skin pink but more of a salmon color and the dress looked too big for a 4 year old. So I tried it on her and it was more than a foot longer than she was. I tried on my oldest daughter (57 inches tall, 60 pounds) and it fit her in length but was way too small for her torso (thinking it was just the sizing that was wrong). I measured the torso and it was 21 inches in the chest and hips, the sleeves were 2 inches (each one) too long, and from hip to hem, the dress was 54 inches. FAR FROM A SIZE 4! What child is a toddler chest and a 10 year -olds height?

I contacted them and sent them pictures and they acknowledge they had made a mistake and gave me 3 options; 1) I could send them an additional 40 and they'll remake the dress. 2) I could mail it back to them so they can remake it (I would cover shipping which is close to 90 bucks) 3) have a tailor make the corrections and they would reimburse me. (also more than 80 bucks because the dress has to be torn apart then remade.)

On their website it states that if they make the mistake and it's proven, you can get a refund with a 15% charge. Knowing that, I thought, let's meet 1/2 way. I'm not spending an extra 40 for crappy workmanship, and I'm not sending back the defective dress for 80, and I didn't trust they would reimburse me for it... So I said, refund me 40, I'll cut my losses, and you still make a little money. At 1st, they agreed to pay me the 40 back. Then I get another email from another person saying I needed to then pay them the 40 to remake the dress after they reimburse me. Then someone emailed me and said they couldn't pay me back 40, that they could only do 20, and I had to pay them 40... Then another person emailed me and said they don't do refunds (which is bull becaue it says so on they're website.
I'm still fighting to get my money back and now I'm stuck with a horrible dress I can't do anything with. Do not order from this company is my suggestion - it's a headache and not worth the money you thought you were saving!
