I asked for them to exchange money from my Moneybookers to Perfect Money. They say on the website it will take a maximum of 24 hours. It has now been a few days and no contact from anybody. I have also sent numerous e-mails, but no reply. Do not trust these scammers. They are not a registered exchanger even though they claim to be!
