On October 13 I made a payment of $20 worth of alertpay to altarpay.com to be exchanged to Liberty Reserve. They told me the processing time is 24 hours but they never exchanged the money for me.
Till now the exchange has not been done by Altarpay. So please the general public should be aware that ALTARPAY is BIG SCAM! Scam!!
