I am pleased to report that I have obtained a full refund from Britensure. It took several emails and two phone calls but they have returned the money to my bank.
I would suggest you pressure them on the phone and with emails daily. I also informed them that I would take legal action and send a file to BBC Watchdog.
The way they operate their business is sharp practice knowing that not many people actually take the time to read the small print of the terms and conditions. So to all of those that they still owe money keep at them and GOOD LUCK
