Cancelled my order with Jack Martin from Britensure on 16/2 and returned product straight away. Then noticed on 18/2 that there was £99.95 pending to leave my account, tried in vane to call Britensure and eventually spoke to Jack Martin on 21/2 who reassured me had received my product and would refund the money back to me and confirm this in an email. 24/2 £99.95 was taken from my account by Britensure. Managed to speak to Jack Martin - again - on 29/2, who said it would take 10-12 days to refund the money and laughed at me said if you say so, when I said 10-12 days from 21/2, was very cagey and kept blaming customer service for my lack of confirmation of refund email and the lack of refund, but has promised will send an email this evening. I'm really worried that they may try and take more money from my account and spoken to the bank, who had said that after 15 days, they will be able to offer me some support.
