United Benefits Alternative
-Received a phone call they said they were sending me an item in the mail. They did not tell me how they got my phone number or address. I received the call at work on a phone that was partially broken (speaker phone only in a loud environment). I told them i could not hear them very well and asked if they were charging me for anything. They responded no and I hung up the phone. On April 17 I noticed two charges for 39.99 each on my checking account and called my bank to report it. I then called the number that was shown on my banking statement and got ahold of United Benefits Alternative but was then put on hold and never spoke to anyone.
