Went to the Dunkin donut store Number302913 located at 1169 N. Old McHenry Rd. Buffalo Grove Il. Had a survey that was filled out for a free donut. I ordered a 2 donut special with a large coffee which gives you a discount of about 48 cents. Owner of store said I cannot get the special with the survey for a free dount. All the other stores in the area give you the special and the free donut. I gave up and left and purchased it down the road and used the survey for the free donut and I received the discout for the special. Bad owner that does not know how to use the coupon. The way he wanted it the donut was not free you were paying 48 cents for it.
