I am definitely more of an "online" shopper, however my husband came home with some luggage a few months ago. It was awful, heavy and I refused to use the set after my first time traveling with it. I browsed TravelPro Luggage Outlet 's seasonal sale and was so happy with the customer service. They suggested I try their Maxlite collection which was on sale and it was a great buy! Cheap and durable. I highly recommend!
