I received a similar letter captioned "Payment Pending Memorandum" wth memo No. 7432042720 in Ref.: $2,342, 000.00 pending cash disbursal awaiting claim and payment and signed by somebody as the claims coordinator in the name of Jack Screw. This is very serious scam and the agency whose name was used should be questioned and if possible a suit be filed against them for consumer fraud. This is an attempt to defraud an American people and we should all be vigilant. The enclosed check was dated April 11. Please, help us nip this practice in the bud... Texas.
